All these products can be equipped with an XKC flexible robotic arm automated machining unit. Over more than 20 years of technical accumulation, we have completed over 80 technological and process innovations, covering requirements for batch precision machining of small and medium-sized parts through CNC turning, milling, drilling, tapping, and grinding. The companys machine tools feature various single-machine, dual-machine, and multi-machine automated machining units that all use Japanese FANUC systems, Japanese THK or NSK high-precision ball screws, Japanese THK high-precision linear guides, Japanese NSK high-precision bearings, German KTR or R+W couplings, and imported main components such as electrical components, center screws, spindles, high-strength bolts, and top screws. The spindle runout is <2μm (ultra-precision <0.1μm), repeat positioning accuracy is <±1μm (ultra-precision <±0.5μm), and the roundness and surface roughness of processed parts can reach 0.2μm to 0.4μm (ultra-precision <0.2μm). Tolerance consistency can achieve 0.3μm (ultra-precision <0.2μm).To ensure that machine tools can operate at high precision for extended periods. It provides sufficient product support to industries such as aerospace, instrumentation, medical devices, pneumatic components, special motors, communication electronics, refrigeration, automotive, military, optics, nuclear industry, watchmaking, and precision machining in foreign trade.
